Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfaits

These parfaits are packed with protein and fresh fruit, and the granola adds a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberry yogurt, divided
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, divided
  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 6 fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  • Spoon 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt into each glass, then top with 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt.
  • Divide 1/4 cup of the sliced strawberries and bananas between the two glasses.
  • Add another 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt over the fruit in each glass.
  • Top each parfait with 1/4 cup granola.
  • Finish with an extra scoop of yogurt and more sliced strawberries and bananas, if you like.
